Parsnip Pieces is a product obtained from fresh, washed, peeled and sorted parsnips. The raw material is cut before dehydration. The raw material is dehydrated mechanically with hot air. After dehydration parsnip flakes are milled into pieces, sieved, sorted, and packed.
