PotaFlakes is a co-product released during the production of food grade potato flakes. The product is a collection of different food grade flakes that do not match particle size, color or packaging as well as start-up production. The flakes are collected and grinded.
Sustainability savings on carbon footprint, water footprint and land use compared with conventional alternatives. Environmental impact calculated through a LCA/EPD from “cradle-to-gate”. LCA one-pager available on request.
