BSG is a co-product from the brewery industry, that mainly consists of the outside and protein part of the barley. By an advanced processing technique, the protein is separated from the fibres. After that, the protein fraction is dried. Duynie BSGP brings both proteins and fats to the table while considerably lowering your final products’ carbon footprint. An LCA is available on request.
