Bread, crackers, cookies and “bitterballen”
Our colleague Myrthe Wessels, Technical Sales Manager Food, gave an inspiring presentation on our upcycled barley protein called DuyGrain®. A protein and fibre rich ingredient that lowers the environmental impact of food products.
She shared how DuyGrain® can be applied across various segments of the food industry, highlighting both its technical functionality and sustainability benefits. Visitors also had the opportunity to taste products made with DuyGrain®, such as bread, crackers, cookies and Dutch “bitterballen”.
It was a great opportunity to connect with market specialists and the event can be considered a successful exhibition.
