Duynie is one of the 3 finalists in the Business category. This nomination is an enormous honor and recognition for our company, which has been working on the valorisation of co-products since 1968. We started as a pioneer in circular solutions and have grown – in 57 years – into a player with a proven track record in the agrifood industry. Duynie embodies what it means to unite sustainability and entrepreneurship.
Duynie helps the world in the transition towards circularity by making optimal use of resources and reducing environmental impact. Every year we valorize 6 million tons of plant-based co-products from food, beverage and bioethanol production, into high-quality applications for food, pet food, feed, technical applications and bioenergy. Duynie is active in 21 European countries and we demonstrate that circularity is scalable, and that we support multinationals in achieving their sustainability goals.
The awards ceremony will take place during the National Circular Economy Conference on March 20th in Leeuwarden, the Netherlands.
