Upcycled Native Potato Starch

Upcycled native potato starch is a co-product released during the slicing process of food grade European potatoes in, for example, French-fry factories. When starch gets into the process water it is collected, washed, purified and then air dried in Duynie factories. Our upcycled native potato starch is a one-to-one replacement for regular potato starch. The only difference is that it is sustainably sourced to lower your scope-3 emissions.
