ChicoFibre Powder

ChicoFibre Powder is a co-product of the inulin production process. Chicory roots are cut in small strips and then washed with warm water. During the process inulin is extracted and the remaining pulp is pressed, dried and ground over a 0,63mm sieve. ChicoFibre is a good source of soluble and insoluble fibre and has an extra benefit of containing a small part of inulin (7,9%). The product can be used as a carrier for pet food premix.
