Most potato processing factories do not extract 15% of all the starch. With starch recovery machines we can extract starch from process water. Clean process water is released and returned to the potato process. The concentrated starch is released and transported to Duynie factories in the Netherlands, Belgium and United Kingdom where the sidestream starch is refined into starch for different applications.
